Whether it be casual, formal or just for fun we can assure you that our venues will be just the right place for your event.

The upstairs Spammy Room is perfect for small parties or sunset cocktail parties. With an amazing view and complete privacy this venue can accommodate up to 40 people.

The downstairs Texan Room is a multipurpose function room with its own bar, outside wooden deck and a beautiful view of the runway. It embodies elegance and can seat up to 250 people.

Patrons can choose from two menu options for their parties:

For only R175.00 per person there is a choice of one of the following:

Buffet: 3 choice meats, 2 salads, rice, 2 veggies, 2 desserts or Platters: A variety of snack platters are available or Braai: A traditional South African braai including 2 salads, fresh bread rolls, steak, boerewors, chicken, maize served with tomato & onion relish, ice-cream and chocolate sauce.

For only R225.00 per person guests can enjoy:

Lamb on the spit, prawns, pizza slices, 2 salads, rice, 2 veggies, 2 desserts

PLEASE NOTE:

All the above prices exclude a 10% service charge but include venue hire. In order to book the Texan Room on an exclusive basis, we require a minimum of 60 people to attend your function

Conferences

Apart from the Harvard Café itself, there are two conference venues available. The upstairs Spammy Room is used primarily for conferencing and private meetings. It can seat up to 45 people (theatre). The downstairs Texan Room is the pride of Harvard Café and is a multifunctional room which can be used for conferences, parties and formal occasions. The Texan Room can seat up to 160 people indoors and up to 250 people including the new outside deck.

The charge per person is as follows:

FULL DAY:	R295.00
HALF DAY WITH LUNCH:	R265.00
HALF DAY WITHOUT LUNCH:	R215.00

The above conference package, includes the following:

Venue Hire
Arrival tea, coffee and juice, fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt and rusks.
Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits.
Fruit juice and water on tables as well as sweets.
Flip Chart, whiteboard, screen, overhead projector, high quality speakers, CD / DVD player.
Note Pads and Pens.

For the full day conference a buffet lunch & afternoon tea/coffee is included and for the half day with lunch just a buffet lunch is included.
